There are many advantages to creating an account when ordering. They include having access to check on the status of your order, sales that we have throughout the year, and information about new clocks that are released during the year. The only extra information you need to imput is a password for your account. It is worth the extra moment it will take for all of the information that you will be able to access.
AFTER YOU PLACE YOR ORDER
You will receive an automated confirmation email. Give it 5 to 30 minutes. If it doesn’t show up in your inbox, check your junk email. If you don’t receive it please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are alway here to help!

For all other countries. Please e-mail us at info@RhythmsClocks.com what clock and where it will be shipping to and we will get back to you within 48 hours with what the amount will be.
When we ship out of the country. We are not responsible for your countries duty fees. Please check with your local Post office as to what the fees will be if any.

90 DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. That's right I said 90 day return policy.
Nobody has that for Rhythm Clocks!
1. Contact us for authorization before you return an item. Contact Us
WE DO NOT HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE FOR 30 DAYS. You will be responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping costs to your location. AFTER THAT THERE WILL BE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE UP TO OUR 90 DAY RETURN POLICY, you will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of the original shipping to you.
2. Items must be well packaged in an external box with cushioning material surrounding the item’s cosmetic box. We suggest you insure the item against damage in shipping as we cannot provide credit if the item is damaged in return shipment. If the item's cosmetic box is damaged the cost of replacing the box will be deducted.
3. There will be no returns accepted on any item that has been discounted for a promotional sale. All sales are final for Sale items.(This is only for Sale Items not regularly discounted items. All Sales Items will be Clearly Marked as such.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item in error, we will ship you the correct clock as soon as we send the return postage and we can track the return.(We do not want you to have to wait) We expect to receive the incorrect item back in less than 30 days or we will assume you have decided to keep it and there will be no refund for the clock sent in error.
You will not be charged a restocking fee!
If, within 90 days of receipt of your purchase, you may exchange your clock. But it has to be a clock of equal or greater value. Whether exchanging, or returning, the primary steps are the same. Please follow the steps in the return policy. Once the clock is received, we will ship your new clock out to you. You will be responsible for any difference in cost of exchanged clock and the shipping cost for the original clock that was sent to you.
If your clock arrives damaged, email us at Upscalehomedecor@gmail.com and we will have your clock replaced. AT NO CHARGE TO YOU!
If the outside packaging is badly damaged, make sure to point it out to the delivery person if they are still there. If they are not, take pictures of the packaging and clock that show the damages. Also, make sure to keep the packaging.
These steps will help to speed up any insurance claims with the delivery company.
If the clock stops running, or has any other problems within its warranty period, follow the instructions on our website for Clock Repair Instructions. Once a warranty expires, there are still steps you can take to have a clock repaired affordably through Rhythm Repair.
